Come enjoy this Beautiful condo on the first floor with lots of light. The condo has recently been updated with new wood flooring, paint, and all new bedding. This is a great place to unwind in comfy nautical colors and decorations. Condo features an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living room areas. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds with private bathrooms, both equipped with hair dryers. Watch the golfer from your screened in patio while having your morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, Keurig, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots/pans, plates, glasses and cutlery. Dining area has seating for 6 with 3 barstools at the raised bar area. Condo offers central heating and air and laundry area has washer and dryer. The mini suite is a great place for your children, in-law, outlaws or just a place to have friends over for a cocktail party. The mini suite has a full fridge ready for lots of snacks and extra food so you don't spend your days running back and forth to the grocery store. Sheets and towels are provided. Please bring beach towels, they are not provided. Soap is not provided. Other than starter rolls of toilet paper and hand soap, we do not provide toiletries in the bathrooms. The kitchen has a starter roll of paper towels, dish towels, and dishwasher detergent. The guest is responsible for replenishing these if they run out. Located 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach Island and only minutes away from multiple area golf courses. This area offers the best of everything for a perfect golf/beach/fishing vacation experience. Guests also have access to the community outdoor pool. We now have 55 Bistro a walk away in the Convention Center as well as Prime Steak House. It has indoor and outdoor bar and fire pits seating to enjoy a drink or two.

Beautiful and close to beach

We loved the quiet atmosphere of the property and loved the close proximity to the beach. Communication with the property owner was great and the property was very clean. The pool was a nice break from the beach.

My husband, two small children, my mother and my disabled sister stayed in the condo. It was big and spacious, very clean and comfortable. Will most definitely come back.

Fourth of July Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed this space! We had 8 adults and it didn’t feel tight at all. The rooms were very spacious and there were also a couple of common areas. The only issue we had, which had absolutely nothing to do with the space itself of the host, was that the ceilings are a bit thin so we could hear people walking or running above us and it was a bit loud. But other than we loved the house as well as the property as everyone was friendly and it felt really safe.

4th of July Getaway

Thank you Dawn for sharing your property with my family. We enjoyed our trip very much. Communication with Dawn was excellent. We felt right at home. Check in and out was super easy. We loved being close to Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. We were only a few minutes away from Calabash and that is where we ate dinner most nights. Grocery stories were nearby. We will definitely be staying here again.

Tranquil and Rejuvenating

This a lovely condo, perfect for sharing with another couple since there is a mini-suite attached. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch and drinking our morning coffee. Location is perfect for the beach and golf courses and there is a steps away swimming pool which we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to restaurants, such as The Parson's Table and Brentwood in Little River, South Carolina and to restaurants in Calabash and Sunset Beach. Close also to my favorite Sunset River Marketplace where you can enjoy looking at (and maybe buying) the work of artists and artisans, We have been to Sunset Beach many times and this ground-floor condo is an excellent place to stay.

Why they chose this property

We started out in Sunset Beach just visiting a friend who was an owner. Fell in love with the Beach my first day. This is the only place I feel I can relax. With the pool out front and nobody rushing anywhere, it was great. My husband loves rolling out of bed and doing a round of golf, then hitting the pool. The kids love how they can come and go and I don't have to worry about them. The Beach has some very fun beachy stores that you can buy bathing suites, ice cream, floats and even coffee. Can't go wrong in these stores. The fishing pier has food and pool tables, so if you don't want to fish, you can hang out in the store.

What makes this property unique

This condo is the ground corner unit. It has all new wood floors and lots of windows in the kitchen side. It allows lots of light in. There are 3 tv's, 4 queen size beds and a nice sit in area. Has a screened in porch out side to either sit for breakfast/dinner or just watch the golfers.
