Great rental close to Tarryall Reservoir. Absolutely stunning view from the deck! We thoroughly enjoyed the soaking in the hot tub. It was very quiet and peaceful perfect for a quick weekend away from the city.

Wonderful mountain get away

This property was amazing! The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for bird watching and for getting away from the noise of the city during holidays. It was everything we were hoping for.

The property is immaculate and the view simply cannot be beaten. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time. The only issue we had was that the chlorine content in the hot tub was perhaps a smidegen too high, causing some minor irritation to our skin. Not something that can't be changed and I'm positive could be readily adjusted.

The home itself was amazing and had great views, which we really appreciated. However, given the amount we paid to stay at this home, we were disappointed to find that it appeared it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We found popcorn in the couch, dog hair that stuck to our clothes, dog food under the dining room table, dirty rags under the bathroom sink, and crumbs in the cupboards. Additionally, the hot tub was not ready for use, so we were unable to enjoy that amenity during our stay. Each morning the house temperature was set to 60 degrees. Aimee did turn the heat up for us during the day, but we’re not sure why it was lowered again overnight. Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness and temperature issues impacted our experience.

We love our home and manage it ourselves. We believe its perfect for friends and family to spend some time together in privacy and plenty of space.

Its a small neighborhood nestled in the mountains of Colorado (9500 ft). Its very quiet and you likely will not see any neighbors and sometimes no other vehicles.
