Immediately felt right at home! The house is very well-equipped and in a great location! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The sandbox in the backyard was a big hit with the grand babies and pups. I’d recommend this place to families for sure.

First I’d like to say, we will be back for sure! The property was lovely. Quiet neighborhood, perfect distance from the hustle and bustle of the beach. Loved having the house to ourselves and the garage was perfect for my husband, who spent most days at the fishing pier. My favorite part was the kitchen and screened in patio where I’d have my morning coffee. There were several modern updates when we arrived which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed several movie nights in the open living room and upgraded TV. Overall a wonderful place to relax and stay! A few notes-the grill was not as pictured. We use a grill a lot and this was one of the smaller black camping style grills. It got the job done but not what was expected. There could have been more towels. Bring a beach towel with you! They did leave two laundry pods which I had to use to clean towels. I like to clean(yes even on vacation) but there were only two smaller paper towel rolls, we could have used at least one more. If there are spills, you are limited on your towels and paper towels. I could have brought these things had I known. An addition to the kitchen that would be nice is also a crockpot.I brought mine from home(along with our larger air fryer…3 teenagers lol).I would like to note we were not advised this location was a military HOA with quiet hours. It was fine for our family, but would be nice to know in the description.Again,overall a lovely home. Richard was very communicative,even once back home. Thank you!
