There is no street parking. Guest must park in the driveway at all times. Cars parked on the street at any time are subject to fines and towing.
Noise and lighting on the exterior of the home is prohibited after 10:30pm. Lights are on timers. Noise monitoring devices in common areas.
TRASH Guests are asked to take the trash bin to the cans located on the small deck to the left of the front door (pickup on Wednesday mornings)

It offers lots of space for guests and provides many amenities that aren't available in other rentals due to the smaller size, such as the separate arcade and game rooms plus two separate bars (one inside and one outside). There are five bathrooms, which makes things easy for large groups, There is plenty of parking available.
