Wonderfully appointed place, so homey, clean, and has a great vibe. It feels like home and has everything you will need.
I loved this place and will stay there again when I go to Florence.
This place is just amazing. So cozy and yet more than enough room for a family of 5. SO close to the beach. Very nice area. Nice deck, tons of games, movies, and books at the house if you wanted. Had everything we needed and more. 10/10 would recommend.
Location very good. Some loose handrail no prob. Could have used a steel bucket for used charcoal, left on cement so not to start fire. Overall very good!
I was gifted with beautiful weather and a homey and comfortable vibe during my stay at Gulls Landing. Though I was a single enjoying some ME time, the house is great for families and groups. Games, puzzles, books, movies and recreational items too. View is spectacular and beach is across the private road for walking and exploring. Thank you Leslie for your great communication and availability. I look forward to future stays.
Beautiful location! Loved being able to walk to the beach every day. It was amazing to wake up and see the beach from the mater bedroom, living room and kitchen when it was windy and we didn’t want to be outside. The house was the perfect size and extremely comfortable. This location was perfect for our trip!
We loved it here. The view was outstanding, the kitchen well stocked, everything so clean and cozy. Great instructions for things to do around the area, reviews for restaurants, etc. We only used on bedroom--would have been plenty of room for others. Enjoyed the assortment of jigsaw puzzles!
The Cottage was so nice! Spotlessly clean, well stocked and comfortable. We were a little concerned because it looks dated in some of the pictures online, but once we got there we fell in love with this house. Quiet, unobstructed view of the ocean, easy walk to the beach, so cozy and relaxing. We look forward to going back again!
Loved the view and and quick access to the beach. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Owners provided good information about the rental and things to do in the area. We used the pellet stove rather than electricity, which was a nice option. The bed we used in the master bedroom needs a new matress-- very saggy. If chanded out, we would definitely return.
We had a mini reunion of siblings and spouses. The big open living/dining room was a perfect place to gather. The kitchen could use some updating and the stove was tiny. We bought some crab from the Crab Kettle but when we got them back to the house there was not a crab cracker to be found. We improvised.... Overall a very nice experience and the view was great on a rainy Monday morning.
This was a great place to stay, with an excellent location and very well organized management. We enjoyed the history of the house, it's been there quite a while! With some newer additions it has not only history but also all the comforts of a nice home. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and close to several light houses and tide pool areas. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.
Four days of family fun! We had tons of fun on the beach! Flying kites, looking for shells, walking down to the jetty, and letting the dogs run around. Such a wonderful view! The sunsets were spectacular and the sound of the crashing waves is so peaceful. The ladies went thrift shopping while the boys went out and had a blast on the dunes. Family meals around the table and a belated Thanksgiving dinner. We played some cards and just enjoyed the nice sunny weather! A nice, clean rental, and beautiful home. We played a little bit of guitar, too. I painted a small watercolor of the ocean. We had a great time and would love to come again.
The location is awesome because it's near the end of a road. Access to the beach wasn't as tricky as I expected (a few big steps down some rocks but manageable for my 9 year old and my 70-something year old in-laws). My kids loved staying in the loft. We had foosball tournaments and played cards. The DVD/Blueray selection is outstanding. Can't beat the location.
Cozy, kind of typical older beach house with absolutely wonderful views, built in 1965 by the co-owners parents. Unfortunately the mattresses all seemed to be from 1965 also. But that's my only (and minor complaint). We would definitely stay again despite sagging mattresses! Living areas comfy cozy and lots of character. Stunning views. Owners also supply lots of books, such a nice touch, and kid's activities (which we did not use). All in all a winner. Shame about the beds though.
We would absolutely come again! It was the perfect location For the sunset and was supplied with everything we needed, including sand toys for the kids!! Thank you so much!!
This house is like a spacious but cozy cabin with old school wood paneling and all the modern conveniences you would need. It is very well maintained/cared for. It is almost on the beach - just a little dead end road (no traffic) to cross to get to the little beach path. If path is challenging, the county park is a few hundred feet down the road where there is public access. Easy place to have kids. We would definitely go back!
Was a very nice place, easy access to beach and short distance to town.

Serviceable
We’ve stayed here a couple times in a pinch and while it’s serviceable, it’s nothing special. The cleaning fees are high considering the condition of the property.
