Fish On! — Get Hooked on Florida’s Forgotten Coast
Welcome to Fish On!, a one-of-a-kind Port St. Joe fishing cabin created for anglers, boaters, beach lovers and anyone craving the relaxed pace of Old Florida.
Located outside the hustle and bustle yet convenient to Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, Indian Pass and Cape San Blas, Fish On! places guests near some of the Forgotten Coast’s best fishing, boating, beaches and seafood. Majestic bay views, spacious covered parking and distinctive local character make the property an inviting base for exploring this remarkable stretch of Northwest Florida.
The cabin has been completely remodeled with new bedding and updated comforts while preserving its authentic coastal personality. Much of its warmth comes from locally sourced pecky cypress salvaged from the Apalachicola River—a beautiful connection between the home and the landscape surrounding it.
Bring the family, fishing gear and boat. Once you experience the Forgotten Coast, you may find yourself completely hooked.
Comfortable Accommodations for Six Guests
Fish On! is a three-bedroom, two-bath vacation home accommodating up to six guests.
Sleeping arrangements include:
King bedroom
Second king bedroom
Queen bedroom
With two king bedrooms, the home works particularly well for two couples traveling together, families with adult children or fishing partners who appreciate comfortable sleeping arrangements after a long day on the water.
Two full bathrooms give guests room to prepare for an early fishing departure, a beach day or dinner in Port St. Joe.
Authentic Pecky Cypress Character
Fish On! is not a generic beach rental. Its locally sourced pecky cypress gives the cabin a distinctive Old Florida appearance and tells part of the region’s story.
The wood originated in the Apalachicola River, connecting the home to one of the waterways that shaped the history, ecology and culture of Florida’s Forgotten Coast. Natural character and coastal details create a warm, relaxed environment that feels appropriate for a true fish-camp getaway.
The home has been remodeled for modern comfort while retaining the personality that makes it memorable.
Relaxed Coastal Living
After a day on the water, return to a comfortable private living area where everyone can unwind. Share stories about the one that did—or did not—get away, plan the next morning’s launch or simply enjoy a quiet evening at the cabin.
Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for guests who need to stay connected, complete school assignments or handle a little remote work between adventures.
Outdoor furniture and a patio or balcony provide additional space to enjoy the coastal air and bay views.

Fish On! includes a fully stocked kitchen where guests can prepare everything from an early breakfast to a fresh-catch dinner.
Start the coffee before heading to the boat ramp, pack drinks and sandwiches for a full day outside or gather around for a relaxed evening meal. Having a kitchen at the cabin also makes longer stays and family trips more convenient.
The kitchen is especially useful for anglers who want to prepare their catch and travelers who prefer mixing restaurant meals with casual dinners at home.

This was our families first trip to Florida after many years of going to Jekyll Island, it did not disappoint at all. The house was wonderful. Not to huge but not to small either. The showers were both amazing! The host communicated beautifully. Any questions I had he was quick to answer. Would 100% stay here again!
