We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the concerns raised in this review for future guests considering our property. During this reservation, the guest exceeded the home's clearly stated maximum occupancy by bringing additional, unauthorized guests. Unfortunately, this directly contributed to the concerns regarding insufficient supplies and uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. Our home is thoughtfully furnished, stocked, and designed to comfortably accommodate the maximum number of guests listed in the property description. When that occupancy limit is exceeded, the accommodations and supplies may not adequately serve the additional individuals. We take pride in providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests and work hard to ensure our property meets the expectations established in our listing. We simply ask that guests respect the clearly communicated house rules and occupancy limits. We regret that this guest's experience did not meet their expectations. However, we believe it is important for future travelers to understand that the concerns described resulted from exceeding the property's established occupancy limits rather than a deficiency in the accommodations provided.
