Very nicely refurbished turn of the century home. Nicely updated while maintaining the charm of the home. Beautifully furnished, comfortable and convenient to the main activities. Adequate parking, nice patio with comfortable seating. Updated, nicely stocked kitchen. Host answered all inquiries in a timely manner. Would recommend to my friends.
From the start of our trip to the end communication with our host was awesome. Honey Haus was a clean, cozy place for me and my family. Two blocks from Main Street in Fredericksburg made extremely easy to start our shopping. Was a great getaway and would definitely stay here again.
Such a great stay for our annual girl’s trip. Awesome location within walking distance of Main Street and restaurants. The beds were comfy and the house was stocked with all we needed! Our only complaint is that the trip was too short.
We loved the charm of the property and walkability to downtown. Kerinne, our contact host, was prompt replying to any questions. We enjoyed coffee on the sunporch and wine around the fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the large dining table gave us an excellent work space. We had to book a last minute VRBO and we couldn’t have been happier with this find! We definitely would stay again.
The communication was exceptional with Kerrain. The home is equipped with all the amenities of home. Being within 1 block of the museum and downtown was GREAT!. Highly recommend this property.
Quick and easy walk to Main Street, but still far enough so it didn’t have any street noise. Fantastic place to stay. Will definitely stay here again for future trips!
Lovely old house - loved the wood floors. Only quirky thing is the upstairs bath and bedroom. Need to mark the wall to show how angled it is. Since it was only 3 of us, we stayed downstairs anyway and shared the bathroom. The downstairs tub/shower is a bit tricky but loved the old style. Hubby enjoyed sitting on the enclosed back patio. The stovetop was greasy but not horrible and otherwise house was clean. One thing to be aware - grass burrs in the yard - we brought them in and then found them when barefooted. Loved the living room and the dining room was spacious. The filter on the water dispenser needed to be replaced. Good location - walked into town. Host was responsive. Neighborhood was quiet.
