THE PENTHOUSE: This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This top-floor penthouse unit with the best views on the beach features TWO private balconies, 12-foot ceilings, high-end travertine floors throughout, a large kitchen with granite countertops, a second kitchenette, warm and comfortable beachy decorations, and lots of windows providing spectacular panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound.
There are only three units per floor and 2 elevators that access each floor! The 18th floor is the only floor with 12-foot ceilings, making the already gracious space feel even larger, complimented by all the windows and natural light. This Penthouse unit has a total of 3 spacious bedrooms with 3 full baths that can sleep up to 10 people max. Every room has its own TV and ceiling fan. The unit is perfect for 2-3 couples, 2 small families, or one large family with a spacious 2nd Master featuring a kitchenette, wonderful views of the Sound, a king size bed, private bath, and its own separate door to enter and exit the condo.
THE MASTER: The master bedroom with a king size sleep number bed includes an entire wall of windows looking over the beach and out into the Gulf. You can sit in the rocker recliners for hours with a birds-eye-view as you search for sea animals and boats passing by. The master has access to the beachfront balcony and has a large, private, on-suite bath. The oversized master bath has been fully remodeled.
THE LOCKOUT: The sound-side bedroom serves as a 2nd Master bedroom and can be completely self-contained for privacy with a separate entrance/exit that walks right out to the elevator. It also has its own private balcony with views of the Sound and the Gulf, its own AC, separate hot water heater, moderately equipped kitchenette, king-size bed, and on-suite bathroom. The kitchenette features a full-size refrigerator, a convection oven/microwave, a sink, dishware, a traditional coffee pot, and lots of cabinet space. It is perfect for the in-laws!
THE 3RD BEDROOM: The 3rd bedroom has a full-over-full bunkbed with an additional full size bed. It has access to the 3rd bathroom and has an extra large walk-in closet. This room is ideal for kids or for a 3rd couple.
THE LIVING AREA: The large living area has 12-foot ceilings and a wall of windows where you can enjoy unobstructed views from the Navarre Pier all the way to Pensacola Beach. Enjoy a flat-screen TV, gorgeous views, and access to the Gulf-front balcony overlooking the pool, hot tubs, and the beach.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: The large fully-equipped kitchen in the main part of condo is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and a wine fridge. The kitchen is fully outfitted to make everything from breakfast smoothies to evening drinks and all the meals in between. We provide both a traditional coffee maker along with a Keurig, a crock pot, a blender, a waffle iron, and a toaster oven. The dining area has a large table that seats up to 8 people. There are also 4 bar stools for additional seating, so the whole family can gather for a sit-down meal with a view better than any restaurant around.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL: The unit will be cleaned and prepared with fresh linens prior to your arrival. Your property should have an initial supply of linens, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper, but these things will not be replenished during your stay. You will be responsible for cleaning during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Please treat our unit with the care that you would treat your own home. Please do not re-arrange the furniture, equipment, or the decor. If something is moved during your stay, it is your responsibility to return it to its proper place before your departure. We have left our guests a few beach towels, a closet full of beach toys and supplies, a full library of books under the entire kitchen bar, and some games to play in the evenings or on rainy days in the accent table in the living area. We strive to do all that we can to help you have an enjoyable stay!
THE AMMENETIES: Caribbean Resort is located directly on the beach with easy access over the dunes across a nice, short boardwalk. There is one large pool that is seasonally heated and 2 hot tubs. Pool bathrooms are on the west side of the building. Near the pool area is covered seating, and there is additional open seating around the pool. The pool's hours are 9 AM-10 PM. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult wearing a wristband that we supply. The pool (63*) and the large spa (103*) are seasonally heated to include Thanksgiving week, Dec 15-Jan 1, and the first week of March through mid-April. The small spa is heated (103*) year-round. Charcoal grills are provided on the east side of the building for your use.
THE COMPLEX: Caribbean Resort only has 3 units per floor and 2 elevators. This low-density condo means you never get the feeling of being over-crowded, even during peak times of the year. There is a covered loading area and a private parking lot with plenty of spaces and no hassle of assigned spaces.
Spring, summer, and other peak rental periods are generally on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. No parties. NO SMOKING, NO CARTS, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT—evidence of any of this may result in immediate eviction with no refund. Caribbean Resort does NOT allow short term renters to have pets. On-site management will require pets to be removed.
We charge a $59 nonrefundable administrative fee that covers any damage under $400 that occurs during your stay. Please promptly make us aware of any maintenance issues or damage upon occurrence so that we can have it repaired as soon as possible and for future guests. Just as might occur at your own well-maintained home, mechanical failures and other issues may happen. Every effort will be made to correct the situation as quickly as possible; however, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures. Texting us a photo of the issue will help us resolve the problem. If damage occurs that is over $400, please let us know so that we can work with you on repairs or replacements. Most bookings require a seven-night stay. Occasionally, shorter blocks are allowed, especially during the off-season.
