Luxury 1 Bedroom RV With Private Yard in Prescott
Unwind just 7 minutes from downtown Prescott at this wonderful RV that feels more like a home. As you enter the fully fenced private yard, you will enjoy the Adirondack chairs with cushions, a tall dining table with barstools, an outdoor kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge, a small grill and two comfy chairs. As you enter into the space from one of two doors (up 3 stairs), the kitchen is to the right and up 2 additional stairs. It has a countertop bar with two chairs for dining, two large counters for prep, oven, stove top, microwave and full residential refrigerator, The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to prepare a gourmet meal. The sitting area features a twin recliner couch, as well as 2 additional couches. The electric fireplace is great in the winter time for stretching out on the couch and watching tv. You can also see the tv from the kitchen so the cook doesn't feel away from the action. The bedroom features a king sized bed, plenty of storage and a tv, the bathroom is right out the hallway with a toilet, sink, shower and storage. Towels and toilet paper are provided as well as soap and shampoo. Our weekend getaway is equipped with all the essentials like AC and heating, ceiling fan and Wifi. We live in the home next door but both residences are separate and private and you will only hear from us if you are in need of something, we value your privacy as well as ours. Private parking for your car is just outside the gate to your yard and we have umbrellas in the event of rain showers. Guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, knowing that everything they need is right at their fingertips. We also provide an arrival snack basket and beverages to welcome you. Experience what Prescott has to offer with a stay at our welcoming retreat.

We've lived in las Vegas for many years and have finally made the move out of the big city. We've rented out our home on the property for the last two years and met some wonderful people. Now that we've moved into our home, we decided to offer this new space for guests to try out. We think we've thought of every detail that someone could want, as well as ensuring ultimate privacy and relaxing spaces both inside and out. We usually rent homes when we travel rather than hotels and have learned the things that are most important to us when travelling - and have made sure those amenities are present here. If we've missed something, please reach out right away so that we can ensure that we are exceeding your expectations
Why they chose this property
We love living in Prescott, it has many amenities of city life but with a small town feel. Lakes, mountains, 4 seasons and lots of trees are things we didn't have in Las Vegas so we truly appreciate them. Our home is a 7 minute drive to downtown Prescott and walking distance to Safeway, Walmart and a few other shops and businesses. Everything is fairly close and Ubers are also available. It's a very central location but also feels like you are tucked away in a private sanctuary
What makes this property unique
While our rental is an RV, we've outfitted it to be a really special getaway for a couple, we've travelled in it for long trips and felt like our home away from home because it's so comfortable. There is a lack of affordable rentals in Prescott so we thought renting it out would create a cool space for guests to rent without paying a fortune for a hotel or exorbitant fees for a rental home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
