These camp sites are just lovely! Perfect for those who need to reset in nature without being too far from a few familiar comforts. The cabins comfortably fit us and our belonings, and the property had plenty to look at and explore. We absolutely loved the open-top solar shower, and the separate cooking and hang-out fire pits were very convenient. Conveniently located near two public lakes and the Acton fairgrounds. Alice was a lovely host - very communicative and attentive to our needs, while still giving us space and privacy to enjoy our stay. We will absolutely be back!

I have had the blessing of living and working this property for 37 years. I have discovered that, what some call weeds, are actually pure nutrition and healing herbs that have become my passion as this is an economical, exciting way to heal and nourish our bodies while bringing peace, pleasure and true living.

Why they chose this property

This property is located on the downward slope of a 6 mile mountain ridge located in the foot hills of the "White Mountain National Forest". The wild life and vegetation is amazing and brings peace, joy and excitement that has no comparison. It truly is a place to reconnect with your self, your family and the "Great Creater"! Near by lakes are perfect for swimming, fishing and paddling in canoes, kyaks and paddle boards.

What makes this property unique

You will hear the owls talking at night and may be visited by deer, foxes or opossam who share this lovely forest. We take precautions not to disturb their homes and to keep our guests safe so everyone can enjoy the bounty.

Learn about the healing herbs that grow wild not only here but across our great nation and how to prepare these herbs for consumption and healing.
