Wonderful estate on Little Ossipee Lake Approximately 5,000 sqft PLUS a 3 car heated garage ( 2 bays for guest use) and wrap around deck there's room for everyone! The home sits slightly elevated on over 2 acres of land, offering great direct views of the mountains and Little Ossipee Lake. This home has sun all day, with plenty of opportunity for shade under thoughtfully wooded areas. Relax in the hammock, go for a swim in the CLEAR, CLEAN lake ( NO MUCK HERE!!) or watch the amazing sunsets from the HOT TUB. DOCK AVAILABLE FOR YOUR BOAT, JET SKIS, and MORE. Swim platform and public boat launch. There are a total of 6 bedrooms 3 on each floor. The first floor which includes the main living areas and 3 bedrooms including a Master en suite with jacuzzi tub, custom tile shower, double vanity and walk in closet, a second large bedroom with 2 queen beds, and a third large bedroom also with 2 queen beds. There’s an additional full bath with shower on the first floor along with the a chefs kitchen. HUGE cathedral living room with plenty of room for everyone. The lower level also has 3 bedrooms and a common area with additional sleeping- The first bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom also has a queen bed. There are bunk beds and a trundle bed in the common area which consists of 2 full beds & 5 twin beds. Downstairs there is also a full bathroom and additional 1/2 bath with laundry, a second FULL kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a HOME GYM. Radiant heat both upstairs and downstairs, on demand hot water for unlimited hot water, automatic back up generator in case of a power outage wood fireplace in living room. Ask how to save 10% when booking direct or with a 2 week stay.

This house was great for our family vacation. We loved being on the lake, and the golf cart was great for getting our Nana back and forth as it’s a ways down a big hill. We had an issue with the water pressure in the house not working and the hosts were very responsive and had someone out to fix it the same day. Many of the beds were in the downstairs/basement level. The downstairs was not as clean as we would have expected. Nothing terrible but just dusty and a bit musty. There was also an issue with ants mostly in the basement but also in the upstairs bathroom. Overall it was a great place for a family trip. Lots of things fun close by. Old Oarchard beach and Portland day trips were fun.

Great property with a group, so much to do and so nice to have the dock and fire pit. A lobster pound and grocery store close by. Would definitely stay again with a large group.

Beautiful home, perfect for family vacation

Spacious, well-appointed home with very large rooms and comfortable beds. The property was gorgeous, including the lake view. Lots of amenities, we never felt we were short of anything. Plenty of lawn chairs, seating on the deck, lake toys, yard games, the dock and fire pit was really fun to hang around. The included golf-cart was a major plus due to the hill going down to the lake. 12 adults ranging in age from 86 to 27, plus 2 toddlers, we really enjoyed our stay!
