Very clean and well maintained property. Kitchen had everything we needed for multiple dinners in. The house has a great layout and multiple spaces for hanging out. My older parents enjoyed the big screen tv in the family room while the grandkids played on the video game console and foosball table in the game room. Great backyard space and plenty of parking. Close to grocery stores and campus.

Fathers Prodecure

Had to come to Gainesville for medical reasons.Sister and her husband drove down from Connecticut. I traveled GA. Parents live in Palm Coast. The place is a lot bigger and comfy then the pictures lead on. Had a wondeful stay everything is fresh and clean. If i need to come to Gainesville for anything I will be re booking this place.

This was my first time staying in Gainesville and we really enjoyed this home. It was only three adults but it was extremely spacious and would be perfect for a large group. The Arcade and game table were pretty fun to play. Self-Check in was very convenient and super easy. The home was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It is convenient to amenities in Gainesville. This home does sit on a pretty busy road but the traffic noise wasn't unbearable and you couldn't hear it when inside the home. We had one small issue with an A/C filter that looked as if it hadn't been changed in a while but the owners were informed and handled the issue quickly, not to mention they checked in with me throughout my stay to make sure I didn't need anything or have any questions, which I truly appreciated! I would highly recommend this home if you have a group or just looking for an affordable, beautiful and convenient home in Gainesville. I will definitely book this next time in town! :)
