Cute inside, but medium neighborhood

So the pictures are great, and it is cute inside. However they did not turn on the AC before we got there and it was 85 degrees inside. The parking on the street is a very busy street. If you park in the back you have to get out, unlock a gate, pull in, get out and lock the gate. Also, there is a dog next door that barks a lot.One of the curtains fell on the front window and they did not fix for a few days, then the hot water went out and they did not come to fix when they said they would. I left to get a hotel room, when I returned 3 days later it was still not fixed. The property manager I texted with was nice and helpful. The owners said they would refund some of our price, but it has been a week and a half and no refund. I have stayed at VRBO homes before and it was great. I would not return here.
