great space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was spacious enough for three adults and two children. It had everything we needed from microwave to stove.

Not too bad

The pictures looked so bright fresh and clean, so we were somewhat disappointed upon arrival. Dirty carpets, rotting baseboards in bathroom and broken blinds in bedroom and family room. Shower needs an upgraded shower head. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment was very quiet and easy parking. I think it’s in some sort of transition, so might improve in the future. Very close to the beach. Great communication.
