JUST REMODELED JAN 2023!

Spectacular 4 bed 3 bath condo with breathtaking views of Mission Bay channel and the Pacific Ocean from this spacious 2,075sf home! Located at the southern tip of Mission Beach overlooking the water, this unique curved floor plan has floor to ceiling glass walls to capitalize on the incredible view. Large, open kitchen and living room, a balcony with views off each bedroom, 2 car parking in gated garage with free parking nearby (see photo of parking map), plenty of storage for beach toys and an outdoor hose to rinse off sandy feet after long days on the beach! We have a security camera outside facing the front entryway in front of the front door for security purposes.

The location of this property is uniquely situated near sandy Pacific Ocean beach, and beautiful Mission Bay with calm waters. There is a large grass area and playground for children on the bayside. Basketball and volleyball courts set up on the sand on the beach side. Everything is walking distance and easily accessible!

Just a ten minute walk and you're at the center of Mission Beach, an iconic area in San Diego. There are tons of shops, places to rent bicycles and water sports, bars, and restaurants. There is also Belmont Amusement Park, with its classic roller coaster and other rides, arcades, bumper cars, laser tag, miniature golf and more!

The area surrounding the unit is a biker's paradise with miles of paved walk and bike lanes along the ocean or inland Mission Bay. If you prefer water sports, the bayside is ideal for sailing, wind surfing, paddle boating, and jet skiing in its calm waters.

Pets must be approved ahead of time, and guests must pay $100 pet fee. All approved pets must be on flea protection medication.

The view was great, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, I did assume that “air conditioning” meant central air and it did not. I realize that air conditioning in San Diego is not common, and I understand that our stay took place during an unusual heat wave but the unit was very hot, even with the fans and individual air conditioning units. The unit in one room was broken and only the fan portion worked. Mikayla was a great communicator and the reserved parking was incredibly helpful.

The views are amazing with lots of windows. The Great Room view is of the channel that leads to the ocean, so lots of boat activity to watch. Great views from Bedroom 1 and the Master Bedroom of the water. The condo is very spacious, lots of seating (which sometimes can be hard to find) - enough for 6-8 adults to sit on the couches. While we didn't need two dining areas, I can see how useful it would be with larger families, and the extra space allowed us to store our beach gear. Another great feature was the parking! This was the best parking of any place we stayed. Enclosed, secured parking garage with two regular sized spaces. If you have ever tried to park here at Mission Beach - you know how hard it can be and how small the spaces are - not here, it was great! I was a little concerned there might be street noises since the condo does face a street that is an entrance to beach parking, but there were no issues at all. The walk to the beach was a little longer than if you have a place right on the boardwalk, but was no longer than 10 minutes with all our gear. The walk to the bay side was even closer. We did have some issues with the beach equipment not being in the best condition and the grill not working, but we did not alert the owner during the stay. There was debate about the comfortableness of the beds, but the one I slept in was comfortable. :-) We would stay here again.

I fell in love with this property with spectacular views, especially sunset and sunrise views.

It is so peaceful to walk on the serene, calm beaches on Mission Bay side. With a short cross of the street, I will then meet the vibrant Pacific Ocean and can enjoy watching surfers.

You can do so many activities right at the location - snorkeling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, biking. It is true paradise.

What makes this property unique

It is a security building with two assigned parking spaces in the ground floor. Well maintained new elevator will take you right into your unit.

Entire unit is on the same floor with no steps.

As you enter, you will be met with the wall to wall windows for the breathtaking views of channels and ocean.
