This is an amazing location. The view of the harbor inlet was gorgeous. Watching the boats, paddlers, seals, dolphins and airplanes was very fun. The beach/ocean front was just a quick 5 min walk. The boardwalk area is an easy stroll to all kinds of restaurants/bars. It was close to all the boardwalk fun but not in the direct mix so quiet. The host was very responsive to messages. Pros. Location, view outstanding, size (We had 9a/3c), 2 off street parking spaces, boat, airplane, wild life watching, kitchen well equipped, quite neighborhood. ConsAirplane flight path(the airport has night time restrictions ), not a lot of beach gear so bring your own, portable ac units in the bedrooms.

The view was great, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, I did assume that “air conditioning” meant central air and it did not. I realize that air conditioning in San Diego is not common, and I understand that our stay took place during an unusual heat wave but the unit was very hot, even with the fans and individual air conditioning units. The unit in one room was broken and only the fan portion worked. Mikayla was a great communicator and the reserved parking was incredibly helpful.

The host was very welcoming and everything was in good condition, everything was as advertised if not better, finding a single level place for my parents without any stairs and parking on the property was great. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a great place and location.
