The property is ideally located, just minutes away from Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and all the local attractions. With ample onsite parking, a gift shop, vending machines, wireless internet access, a courtyard, BBQ grills, a heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, video library, business services, and a 24-hour security guard on the property, you may never need to leave the complex!
Inside, this condo offers a very spacious and fully remodeled open floor plan. No expenses were spared to create the perfect home away from home. The bedrooms are generously sized, and both bathrooms are spacious. There are two king-size beds, two queen beds, and a Murphy bed in the fourth bedroom, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The well-appointed kitchen is ready for you to prepare that great Gulf-side meal. The furnishings are updated and comfortable, and there are flat-screen TVs and DVD players for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer in the unit provides added convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to the beach!
Winter Getaway: For reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February), a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that do not meet this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.
Professionally Managed: This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.
Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. A maximum of 2 parking passes is allowed per reservation, accommodating 2 cars.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this property.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
No Pets. A $225 fee will be charged to the guest if a pet is brought into the unit.
No Smoking.
Please note that the fitness room and sauna are currently closed. There is ongoing painting and carpet installation in the common areas. Owners are allowed to do work in their units under the city noise ordinances. Work hours are between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Monthly "Snowbird" Rates: If you're planning an extended stay during the winter months, please give us a call for monthly "Snowbird" rates available from November through February!
