Shared lakefront yard with separate downstairs unit. 150 ft of lake access, kayaks, fire pit, BBQ, fishing gear provided. Peaceful getaway near Snohomish & Monroe. Not a party house.

We've poured a lot of TLC into thoughtfully decorating, designing, and continually enhancing the space to make it feel special, comfortable, and welcoming for every stay.
Why they chose this property
We started looking for a lake home after getting tired of hauling our inflatable paddle boards and kayaks to Silver Lake most weekends. We’ve always loved downtown Snohomish, and this location felt like a dream come true. One of our favorite things about the lake is that motorboats aren’t allowed—it helps keep the water cleaner, the atmosphere quieter, and the waves minimal.
What makes this property unique
Enjoy a clean, open floor plan with minimalist décor that creates a calm and uncluttered space. Relax in the sauna, take in stunning lake views from the deck or pier, and unwind with plenty of outdoor seating. The peaceful setting—free of road noise—makes it the perfect retreat. Our location has great fishing as well, trout and bass.
