NEW VACATION LOCATION!!

This beautiful Padre Island, Texas townhome is Premier Hosted by Scotty Holiday Vacation Rentals!


THE SPACE:

A place the whole family will enjoy with poolside access to our huge resort pool. Attached garage gives way to super fast access to the beach!

Close and convenient to the local grocery store as well as excellent dining options!

We have huge TVs in each bedroom! Two king beds and one queen. Each bedroom has its own en suite full bathroom.

We have a beautiful canal with boat launch view off our two balconies and a private patio on the pool level.

The first floor is the garage and the first bedroom with a queen bed and private patio.

Up one flight from that is the living room and kitchen featuring a pullout queen size sofa bed and balcony with canal and pool view.

On the top floor, we have two king bedrooms one bedroom with balcony for pool and canal views.

All the bedrooms feature full bathrooms there is a half bath adjacent to the living room area .

We are pet friendly, pet fees do apply so please make sure to add your furry friends to your reservation. 2 pet limit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great stay here! The 3 bedroom layout was very comfortable for our family. We enjoyed being just across the street from Padre Balli beach & did surf lesson twice with Texas Surf Camp. We also enjoyed eating at Surfside Sandwich Shoppe & Costa Wok & Seafood. The pool was also very nice!

The house is in a good location within walking distance of the beach. It is in a complex with a nice pool (not heated, though.) Everything we needed was supplied in the house. The shower water pressure is not ideal, and some aspects (carpet, for example) are ready for some TLC. Host was responsive to questions.

Great vacation get away!

From the moment I booked my stay, the host was very great with communication. The house was just as the pictures seen online. Pool access from downstairs bedroom or the main entrance. Each bedroom had its own full bath. House was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, board games, folding chairs, linens, towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each full bath, and more! Absolutely recommend! Would stay again!
