Enjoy the ocean breezes on the top floor sun deck of this wonderful south side of an oceanfront duplex. After a relaxing day on the beach, take in the views of the ocean and the Surf City Pier.

This home features the popular reverse floor plan. From the top floor sun deck, enter in to the comfortable living room. Your family will love the spacious dining table - a special place to enjoy those favorite seafood dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have everything you need.

Location:
Your beach house is located approximately 1 block south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! Perfect location,close to everything.

Check in was easy with plenty of parking. The Beach view is beautiful! House was clean, plenty of room for a big crew. Access to the beach has a private warf right to the sand. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Good place to stay

Enjoyed our first family (three generations) vacation time together in Surf City, a beach that I have been visiting since the 1960's. The ant situation is the kitchen was a minor inconvenience, but understandable at a beach property. Can't beat the location--everything within walking distance. Loved the privacy of each bedroom having its own bathroom. Would love a covered porch with a picnic table of sorts, but understand the limitations of the deck.

208 South Shore

Property was modern and spacious. Took 24 hours to get help with the Wi-Fi. Wrong password was given in check-in details. Check-in was smooth and easy. I did see 3 roaches while we were there but didn’t seem to be an infestation. We just scooped them up. Mattress in top floor room was very soft and made you go to the middle. Couches were comfortable. View from deck was very nice. Very nice big table for eating if you have a crowd.

The photos online didn’t do it justice! The house was very pretty!

The door to the deck sticks but otherwise everything functioned as it should. The location was ideal! The rental staff was very responsive, professional and very friendly. I can’t wait to book again!

Great Choice!

This house was exceptional! Much more cozy then the pictures show! Location was excellent! Stayed with another couple. With bedrooms upstairs and downstairs it was the perfect set up for independent space and privacy. We grilled fresh seafood every night from a local shop. Listened to a mockingbird every morning while enjoying our first cup of coffee and watching the waves crash on the shore. Surfers were out by the dozens. Found many shells and sharks teeth! The house lacked nothing! Our second time in a decade back to TopSail and it was wonderful!

Close to everything

House great, too many stairs. Need umbrella table on patio since no roof. Need more trash cans. only 1 can for trash and 1 recycle can for both sides of duplex. Not nearly enough.

Clean and great location!

We had a perfect week at the beach! The duplex was clean and well equipped with kitchen necessities. Rooms were a nice size and there were plenty of bathrooms. The deck has a great view, and you can walk to ice cream, shops, and restaurants.
