Located in the highly desirable Venetian Shores neighborhood, this canal-front home offers quick access to both the Ocean and Florida Bay via Snake Creek — ideal for boating and fishing enthusiasts.
Upstairs features a comfortable two-bedroom, one-bath layout with a screened porch just off the living room, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
Downstairs offers a separate one-bedroom, one-bath apartment complete with its own full kitchen and living area — a great setup for extended family or guests.
The property boasts 70 feet of dockage, providing plenty of room for your boat and easy access to open water.
Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy this location and setup.
Please note: Reservations are not confirmed until you have spoken directly with our office.
VR#- 24-0377 Per Islamorada's vacation rental ordinances for weekly rentals 2 people per bedroom are allowed, and 2 additional guests if under the age of 6.

Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost.
