I very much enjoyed staying in the guesthouse of Rikard and Annika. Very nice and comfortable house with fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting room, nice bedroom with a large TV, and an office space. Friendly and helpful hosts, excellent location with shopping possibilities, cafes and restaurants nearby.

good neighborhood, easy check-in, owner is accommodating to special requests, felt it could use more privacy shades and curtains that work, wasnt cleaned before I stayed, hair all over bathroom floor, debris (coffee grounds) on counter, but these things are easily remedied.. adequate lodging for the price

Terrific location! Parking on the adjacent street is readily available and really very close to the property. When we arrived, the common area on the first floor had something of a cleaning product odor but it rapidly disappeared when we opened a couple of windows. Queen size sofa bed on the second floor was actually pretty comfortable and among the best sofa beds I have slept on. Really worked perfectly for reunion weekend.

My stay was not for vacation purposes however it felt like I was on one. Beautiful beautiful setting inside and out beautiful and a Wonderful House he couldn't have been more attentive to our needs before we got there and during our stay. Our host took care of everything that we needed without hesitation. The neighborhood is just a dream I would highly recommend this place and in fact I will make that my go-to place when I need to be in a quiet space with that homey feeling.
