For over 40 years, I’ve vacationed along along 30A. Fall is my favorite for its peaceful vibe and stunning sunsets. Having traveled everywhere from Australia to the Caribbean, I can say the sugar-white sand, emerald waters, and charm of 30A are truly unmatched. I chose this quieter location because it offers the best of both worlds—proximity to great dining and shopping, along with the rare luxury of private deeded beach access in an uncrowded setting.
Why they chose this property
We’ve poured care into updating Clareon Cottage while preserving its original charm, and now I’m excited to share it with guests who appreciate comfort, character, and a little piece of “Old Florida.” This home is for people who want to experience 30A as it used to be!
