We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. My only confession is that we had a little trouble figuring out which cans were for trash and which were for recycling. Hopefully, we didn’t mix things up too badly! Overall, we had a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this property to others.

The description of the house and all the amenities was right on the money, which is so vital in helping guests pack and shop for their stay. The house and the location are awesome! We had 18 people staying in the house (including babies), and never ever felt cramped. And SIX full bathrooms is amazing.I highly recommend this property, and Jen, the host, and hope I get the chance to stay here again and again.

Perfect house for a big group of friends love that the third floor has a full kitchen I was able to stay there with my wife and small daughter and be away from the other kids that attended my oldest daughter birthday party over all a was a great stay well recommended !!!!

Great getaway for a group retreat

Our research group has stayed multiple times at this property for our annual group retreat, and have had a great stay each time! Very clean, good location, and a kitchen with lots of pots and pans for cooking group meals. We will likely stay again in the future, and would recommend it to others.

Great Property for Family Vacation

This was a great house for our extended family to get together. The two kitchens and 6 bathrooms really made it a great place for multiple families. Walking distance from beach, bay, and shops. I would definitely stay again.

Great location

Our group had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s property. Very spacious, clean, and just a short walking distance to the beach. The location is also convenient because there’s a lot of stores nearby if you need to pick up any necessities. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend!

Great house - great locations

We rent houses with the same group of friends often and this was a favorite. Well stocked, plenty of linens, comfortable spaces to relax. We would definitely choose it again

Great house in a perfect location!

Stayed for a family wedding in LBI. Very convenient location with a deli and coffee shop under less than a block away. House was beautiful with a roof deck that has both ocean and bay views. Would highly recommend!

Great House for large group

Group of 3 families with adult children stayed for a wedding weekend. Great house, loved the rooftop deck. Plenty of rooms. Everything from check in to check out super easy. Great location to beach bay and many places to grab a bite.

Great space for large groups

The property was very spacious with large bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and gathering areas on each floor. We loved the roof deck especially, and everything was as described with no surprises. Several people in my party said they would remember this house for potential future reunions with their own extended families.

Surf City Vacation

Well equipped house with several living areas which worked well for our whole family (ages 2 to 75). Great location on the Boulevard a block from the beach. Plenty of parking. A second kitchen, a hot tub, and backyard fire pit were well used and much appreciated.

The home was very spacious given the amount of guest we had . What we found was disappointing was the cleanliness of the house . Several of the bed spreads were dirty and mattress covers were soiled . The grill on the deck on the 3rd floor was not clean properly thus causing a fire making the grill inoperable. The 3rd floor couch was dirty and a little dated . The bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned properly . My guest and I had to clean the bathrooms before use .Overall we were able to enjoy the house with our guest .

Best Spacious Place in LBI!!!

Such a big house! And beautifully kept! We had 18 of us there for a Bachelorette weekend and everyone slept on a bed with room to spare. Would definitely recommend for big groups and will keep this place in mind for any other big group events I may be a part of in the future.

Overall the space worked perfectly for our large extended family. We had an issue with the fire detectors going off in the early hours of one morning and while the property manager was non responsive when we reached out to the owner of the house the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. One very large issue that was brought up to the property manager and to the owner and was ignored by both was the lack of water pressure on the third floor. At times there was little to no water coming out of the kitchen sink, bathroom sinks and showers. This happened even when there were no other showers occurring on the other floors as well. It occurred through the entirety of our stay. We also had issues with the linens not having complete sets (missing pillow cases) which happened with more than half of the sets. Overall the property was clean but you could tell they’ve cut corners with the bathrooms where the toilets, sinks and showers didn’t look clean (soap scum present and hairs in the shower). Some things in the house need a little TLC but overall nice. The location was the absolute best thing about the house. It was a quick walk to the beach, shopping, coffee shops, etc.

Hi, so glad you enjoyed the size and location of our house! I wish I would have known that there were incomplete items on the bedding, I would have directed you to a closet where extras are stored. As far as the water pressure, I thought you were going to let me know if there was continuing to be an issue and I would have sent a plumber. Overall, I’m glad you enjoyed the week!
