Great central location and wonderful for a long weekend. It was so nice to have the room for my daughter’s small family to stay together with us. The toddlers were able to enjoy the pool at the community center across the street.

Janna is very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed many extra amenities, Coffee, tea, waffles, condiments in the fridge, and popcorn! If a toiletry was forgotten, she has it covered. The house is very clean and the furniture comfortable. This mature neighborhood is safe to walk in with sidewalks and shade. Kroger is just down the road. I highly recommend this property.

This is a lovely little house that’s very cozy. The duvets on the beds were particularly welcome. The beds were extremely cozy. The kitchen accoutrements were high-end. The hostess was particularly aware of and helpful of anything we needed in the house. I would fully recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy environment, enjoying the city of Midland.

From the moment I made the reservation Janna was great with communication and super friendly. Her home was perfect for our stay. A fully stocked kitchen with everything a guest could need, plus treats for the kids. So many extra little things in the bathrooms and bedrooms, really made her place feel like home. Everything was super clean and comfortable. And the location is ideal, within 5-10 minutes from everything and directly across the street from the brand new community center, my kids had a blast there. Highly recommend!
