It is the Perfect Home Base for your Hot Springs Getaway! Located in the Historic District, just 2 Blocks from Central Ave. *FREE PARKING*


After a Day out Exploring, Snuggle into the King Size Bed and Relax or Stream a Movie on the 42" Smart TV.

The Ensuite features a Tub with Tile Shower Surround and Complimentary Toiletries.

The Tangerine is Side "B" of a Duplex with the Clementine next door! If you are Traveling with Family or Friends and want to stay close, inquire about Renting BOTH!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave used towels in the bathtub - no wet towels on the hardwoods please.
Take trash to the gray bins to the left of the porch. ALL trash MUST be bagged and tied (per the City of Hot Springs).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The host was very welcoming offering to help with any thing I needed to know about what was going on in Hot Springs. The duplex-tangerine is decorated in such a fun warm manner. King bed was very comfy and spices and waffle ingredients were left by host. Nice touch.

Absolutely perfect!

The CUTEST, most well stocked place we’ve ever stayed! So fresh and bright, it had everything we could have needed. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay there again if it’s available on our next trip to Hot Springs!

Nice Stay

Great location with a wonderful Mexican restaurant a 2 minute walk away. We had a few issues that the host responded to and made right(internet and coffee pot). We loved the colors and the space. It is an older home so there are some soft spots in the kitchen floor that were a little concerning and the mattress was very firm, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I'm sorry to hear you did not sleep well on the brand new, king size, 12" memory foam mattress, it is medium (which our guests have loved!). I bought a brand new Keurig machine and credited you back $25 for buying coffee that 1st morning and tried to make everything right for you. I'm sorry to read I did not succeed in making your stay a 5 star experience, that is certainly what we strive for!
