Discover Gulf Crest Unit 1003, a beautifully updated beachfront condo in the highly sought-after Gulf Crest Resort, located directly on the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach. This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath 10th-floor condo offers stunning Gulf views, a comfortable family-friendly layout, and all the conveniences of home—perfect for your next beach escape. Step out onto your expansive private balcony with loungers and a dining table, ideal for soaking in the views from sunrise to sunset.

Inside, the open-concept living area features updated appliances, a brand-new refrigerator, a full dining table, breakfast bar seating, a cozy sectional for the whole family, and SMART TVs in every room. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and everything you need for easy meals, along with fast WiFi and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

The master suite offers two queen beds, a SMART TV, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a king bed, SMART TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo shared with the main living area.

Guests enjoy access to exceptional resort amenities within a gated community with 24-hour courtesy security, including two large outdoor pools (one seasonally heated), two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a beachfront tiki bar, a fitness center, outdoor grills, a gazebo, and direct beach access with no streets to cross. Covered assigned parking and three high-speed elevators make your stay easy and convenient. You’ll also be just minutes from some of Panama City Beach’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions.

No college or high school groups are allowed, no pets are permitted, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Gulf Crest requires a $53 total fee for parking passes and wristbands, paid at the front desk upon arrival. Ask about our special snowbird rates for extended stays!

A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and released within 3 days after departure, pending any issues. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.

The condo was even better than the pictures. The view was amazing, the furniture was clean and comfy, and the beds were soft. We had friends staying in the same building but our room was nicer! I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!
