Newly built! Heated pool & hot tub, walk to beach
This newly constructed "Shorebreak" house is a stylish beach house located in the heart of Nags Head, steps from shopping, activities, and a short walk to a fantastic beach.
This 4 bedroom beach house has ample space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee on the decks. Lounge by the pool or soak in the hot tub. The backyard is fully fenced in.
Your own private hot tub is open year-round to soak in, and the private pool is available and heated April 1 - November 1 (longer if weather permits).
Unwind around the fire pit in the evening and stargaze.
Top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- 1 king bed with en suite primary bathroom w/shower
- 1 king bed
- 2 sets of double bunks (twin over twin)
- main bathroom with tub/shower combo
Mid level floor
- Living room with 85 inch tv
- Dining table can accommodate 8 guests comfortably
- Additional seating outdoors and at kitchen island
- 4th bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom. Has private access off the back door that we call our "mother in-law" suite. Also has a mini fridge and microwave.

We provide linens (sheets and bath and beach towels). A booster seat and a pack ‘n play with sheets are also kept at the house.
