Adorable hotel. Room very nice. Didn’t realize the hotel is across the street from a nightclub with rooftop bar. Extremely loud. At times it sounded like packs of coyotes howling, but just people screaming. 4 police cars stationed in the alley /walkway next to hotel. It’s 1am right now and it’s really loud. No sleep for me.

Great place to stay in St. Charles! So cute and clean. Property manager responds very quickly with any issues/requests. You are in downtown Main St. so there is some noise but nothing a sound machine or app won’t take care of. Loved it!

Room super clean with nice finishes. Great shower and TV. Multiple doors with different electronic passcodes. Entry is in rear of building and could use a good cleanup and makeover to match the inside lobby and rooms.

The place itself was really cute and clean. Perfect for one or two people only. My only complaint was the people above us were walking around for HOURS in the middle of the night and kept us up. Location was great and easy access for us coming and going from downtown. Overall a great place, minus the noise.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing decor. Great location with easy, free parking. Bed is super comfortable. We stayed Wednesday through Friday and the noise level at night increased each day. If you are a light sleeper, you may not enjoy this location. On Friday night the street was full of ridiculously loud people that were very noisy until 2:00am.

Very clean! The AC was broken when we arrived but Carrie was very accommodating and kept us up to date on the repairs and provided a fan for the night so we could rest well. I highly recommend them and will stay here again!

Stayed here while volunteering at a weeks long youth leadership camp. The property was clean and updated. Inside the property was quiet. The only noise at night was heard on the weekend and was outside (which I fully expected based on the location). The property is in the heart of all the restaurants, shop, and bars. It was nice to walk right out for coffee and meals.
