This is a perfect cozy apartment with plenty of space and immaculately clean and quiet. The location was perfect for me to walk to Main Street, run to the LU campus and TONS of good coffee shops within walking distance. Also easy access to the Katy trail. I will definitely stay here again.

The host was helpful and welcoming. Our stay was wonderful. It was quiet and comfortable. We needed more bath towels and there were no kitchen towels. That’s the only issue we had.

We really enjoyed the place was perfect for us. Clean and cozy. We had family also staying in the downstairs portion. The only issue the women had was that there was only 1 towel per person and they wished there was 2 for their hair.

Very cute house. Small but comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is my favorite in St. Charles. My only suggestion: please provide some extra blankets. I would have loved a throw blanket for the couch.

Enjoyable Stay in St. Charles

y husband and I enjoyed our 6-night stay in the Cozy Clark Suite. The accommodations were clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable! Although it was within walking distance to several coffee shops and restaurants the neighborhood was very quiet. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to park in the back, off the alley. One caveat – if you have difficulty with stairs, this is not the unit for you. The stairs that enter from the back of the property are quite steep. We would definitely stay here again.

Apartment was clean. Great location. Free parking. The amenities listing garden and balcony were not exactly accurate as there was no garden, just grass. No balcony, just a wooden landing at the door.Other than those two things, it was a very pleasant place close to everything we wanted to do in St. Charles. Great for the prive too.

Katy Trial Intro

The location couldn't have been better in the St. Charles Historic District with off-street parking in the rear and easy bike ride to an entry point on the Katy Trail. Riding the trail was the purpose of this visit, but we would've enjoyed walking around the historic district as well if the 2025 heat wave hadn't intervened. Do need to be comfortable ascending about 20 steps to the unit.

Great location in St Charles

We evacuated here after being hit by the tornado in St Louis. At first the address was a little tricky to find as it was not posted on the front of the building (just on the back in the alley). The unit itself was clean and bright. We had separate areas to relax, do work, and dine. The location was great! A relatively quiet area, but very convenient to lots going on. A quick 5 minute walk to the Katy Trail and lots of restaurants, bars, and shops in easy walking distance. The stairs in the back of the unit were a bit treacherous but after trying them when we arrived, it was easy enough to use the front steps instead. Easy, free street parking right in front of the house.Overall, a great location to stay when visiting St. Charles!
