House for rent in excellent location in very safe and quiet neighborhood just 10 min drive from downtown Nashville. House is in a privileged private position on the back of a lot with no neighbors directly on the sides and an undeveloped forested area in the back. Newly renovated (2023) ample screen room in the back of the house with hot tub, tv, grill, and patio table. Partial furnishings inside the house as seen on the pictures available upon request. 1 covered garage spot and up to 3 additional cars fit in the uncovered driveway without blocking each other.
