Clean condo with tight parking underneath. Trains a few yards from the bedroom but I was able to sleep through this most nights. Nice neighborhood especially to walk to the minor league ballpark, brewery with good food, and a gelato place around the corner. Noisy upstairs occupants made for some sleep interruptions sounding like stomping elephants, but this was no fault of the host.
The location was great! Safe, clean accommodations and located close enough to go to Broadway or stay close for lower keyed activities. A definite recommend and we’ll definitely be back!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as it is listed. We were able to check in early, which was great after a 6 1/2 hour drive. The owners responded quickly when we needed to reach out them. The property was clean and we were able to walk to Broadway. The only disappointment was how close the train tracks are to the unit. The trains were coming and going throughout the night and you could hear them.
This place was so clean and awesome location!! We will definitely stay again if we r in the Nashville location!!! Loved it!!! You can’t go wrong booking this condo!!!
About a mile from Broadway but close to the minor league stadium. Breakfast spots near it and the ability to walk into town without any issues was a major plus.
Great location - easy to walk to Ryman, Broadway, Germantown. Apartment was perfect for 2 people or 2 couples. It is right next to train tracks as advertised. Would stay again.
Stayed 1 night. Clean, great parking, and a nice walk to downtown and restaurants. It IS right next to train tracks, but with doors and windows closed, the noise was dampened enough to not bother us. Great restaurant on the block.
We loved this location! We walked downtown and back every night! There is a Hop on Hop off Trolley stop three blocks away. The furnishings were lovely.
Amazing long weekend in Nashville at CMA fest. The condo is in a great area for walking, restaurants & even the minor league baseball stadium. We walked to Nissan Stadium & Broadway daily with no issues. Will definitely stay here again!
