Spacious Sunny Loft Duplex Apartment in Schillerkiez Berlin
Situated in the backyard on the 4th floor, the loft is quietly located in a lovely neighbourhood, with public transportation nearby, late night convenience stores, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The apartment is fully furnished, south facing with a lot of lights.
There are two living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms on both floors, the open kitchen on ground floor is also fully equipped with all the essentials.
I'm a filmmaker living and working in between Berlin and elsewhere. I travel sometimes, and with the help of my neighbours my place is available for temporary rental while I'm away. After hosting on A*rb*b since a decade, due to ethical concern, I decided to try for alternative platforms to continue hosting.
