This house was perfect for our multi generational family! The view from the house was amazing! There were lots of different places to spread out and we really enjoyed the game area under the house!

With 5 grandchildren under the age of 6 and 16 people total, our family needed a house within easy walking distance to the beach and Alta Vista did not disappoint. The sunset view from the patios was beautiful and also an awesome spot to drink coffee in the mornings. Underneath the house was a great place to store all our beach gear and had a hose to wash the sand off plus all 4 of our cars could park there and be out of the sun most of the day. But even better, it was a great place for the children and adults to hang out and play games. The cross breeze was amazing! We loved having a faucet on the boardwalk to wash sand off our feet and it even had an automatic cutoff. The inside of the house is beautifully appointed and the beds were so comfortable. Sheets and towels were high quality. Washer and dryer were high end and high capacity. I cannot name all the things we loved about this house because there are so many but it is one we would definitely go back to again and again.
