New, beautiful, fully equipped and furnished spacious house (115m)
only 10 meters from the sea, ideal for couples, families and groups of friends. Located in a quiet, safe and picturesque area , it offers a magnificent view of both the sea and the mountain. From its porch you can enjoy the most beautiful and unique sunset while having the feeling of travelling by boat.
An ideal place to relax, meditate, enjoy the sea , the sun ,the nature and the beauties of this wonderful island.
The space
It is a new , modern house with all the facilities our quests might need. It is located in the north of the island, 10km from the city / port of Karlovasi and its Health Center, 20 km from the city / port of Samos and the Hospital, and
30 km from the village Pythagorio and the Airport.
At a (walking) distance of 1 km from the house is the beautiful seaside village of Agios Constantinos and after a 7 km drive or......hike you find yourselves in the village of Ampelos, a unique balcony to the Aegean Sea and Asia Minor.
