New for 2023 - Freshly painted throughout, New Living room furniture along with a 65 inch smart TV, New lighting, New king bed set and bedding. Shorewood Villas is in the heart of South Forest Beach and a short stroll over to Coligny Plaza, where you can find shopping, dining, or maybe just some ice cream. Shorewood 437 has two full size baths, the master has a walk-in shower. There is a spacious living and dining area. The unit has a full-size washer and dryer. Shorewood 437 has been decorated beautifully and has all of the comforts of home. Each bedroom has a large ceiling fan for those warm days. King in the master, 2 Twins in the 2nd plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Shorewood is a private gated community with a beautiful new zero entry swimming pool area. Shorewood's pool area includes bathrooms, hot tub, and a children's pool. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30. There is both covered and uncovered parking plus stunning landscaped grounds. Shorewood is also within a short walk to the new Lowcountry Celebration Park just off of Pope Avenue which features a huge playground for kids.

Great condo! Very clean and nicely furnished. Beautiful view from the balcony. Awesome beach and pool. Perfect place to relax. Also, it is located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bike trail and short drive to Tanger Shopping Center. Seashore Vacations was great to work with. Looking forward to returning!

Convenient, clean, A+ balcony view

My husband and I loved our stay, It was very clean!! The balcony provided a lovely view of the pool and ocean. The check in process was easy and communication was great. We let them know we would be a late check in and they accommodated us perfectly. The location was amazing. We could walk to coligny in less than 10 minutes. We also loved the pool! This was easily the nicest place we have stayed at on Hilton head island.

This unit was very nice with the exception of the older carpet and the living room couch and chairs that need replaced or covered due to stains. Really brought our rating of this unit down from what could have been 5 star. Excellent customer service from Seashore Vacations.
