Welcome to Rhodes Court, a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse duplex loft in the heart of Chelsea. Spanning 1,587 square feet, this light-filled residence includes a 978-square-foot private wraparound rooftop terrace with stunning views of the Empire State Building. The lower level features double-pane floor-to-ceiling windows, 9'2" ceilings, and a chef’s kitchen with German cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and Miele appliances. The bright living area opens to one of two private balconies, while the primary suite offers another balcony, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with radiant heat floors and a Zuma soaking tub. Upstairs, 11-foot ceilings elevate the spacious third bedroom, which features a dedicated workspace, an workout equipment including an indoor bike, yoga mat, workout bench and a set of adjustable dumbbells, and direct access to the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Hudson Yards and the city skyline.
Located in a boutique building with just five lofts, the residence also features a virtual doorman and full-size storage. You're moments from Chelsea’s top dining, shopping, and cultural destinations—including Chelsea Market, the High Line, and Hudson Yards—with easy access to the 1, A, C, E, and L subway lines.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.
The Neighborhood:
Chelsea is a composite of town houses, low-rise apartment buildings, luxury high-rises and trendy attractions like the High Line, the elevated park built atop former railroad tracks. Set in former factories are more than 200 art galleries as well as Chelsea Market, filled with upscale food purveyors, restaurants and shops. Though no longer quite the LGBT bastion it once was, Chelsea is still home to many gay bars.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property for an additional $350 fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Please note that while the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a traditional door, a heavy curtain is installed to ensure privacy.
Note that a caretaker will water the plants on the private roof daily between 7–8AM. While the caretaker will not access the unit itself, they will need to use the elevator. Guests in the upstairs bedroom may be aware of some activity during this time.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
