Good Apartment but poor check in

We sat on the doorstep but were not allowed in despite the cleaners having finished and my son urgently needing to be at a meeting. Kept waiting more than 10mins after check in time. We had trouble understanding the key pad and had to contact them.Toilet was broken and we had no hot water the first night, Explained that we had to run the tap for 10 mins. Toilet was mended quickly, Should have a manual to explain things as well as hints on where to buy food etc.

Place was clean and nice neighborhood. But blinds did not close - so had to use towels and blankets for privacy in bathroom. Apart from blinds not going up and down, we were content.
