Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the cabin comfortable, though we are very sorry about the difficulties caused by the winter storm. We understand how stressful this situation must have been and we sincerely apologize for any negative impact this may have posed on your experience. Our records did indicate that you reached out 7 days prior to your arrival to request a cancellation. At that time, you were advised that cancellation would be possible, however the standard cancelation policy would apply as the reservation was within 30 days prior to arrival and was not booked with travel insurance. While we do understand how your plans were impacted by the storm, unfortunately, the only exception that could be made would be in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your feedback as it is invaluable, and we are glad despite of the storm you were able to keep safe and warm you and your family. -Your Jackson Mountain Team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are pleased to hear that you found the unit clean and that you enjoyed the amenities. Upon review, we don't see where you contacted our 24/7 Guest Services Team to report an issue. Had we been made aware of the lack of kitchen items we'd make all effort to have some delivered. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention now and a review on inventory was done and the issue addressed. Thank you again for your thoughtful and honest feedback. Your insights help us strengthen our service and better support future guests. We hope there may be an opportunity to welcome you back for a stay that more enjoyable. Your Jackson Mountain Team
