"Mist & Bloom" is an unforgettable lakefront getaway with chic, feminine-vibes located directly on Lake Conroe (in Willis, TX). It's packed with stylish, high-end design and gameroom amenties sure to please all ages! Bring your boat or enjoy the stand up paddleboards (SUP) provided free to use with booking to explore the water and beyond! With plush, luxurious bedding, you will feel like it's "home-away-from-home!" Perfect for all types of traveler's for a fun-filled vacation!

LIVING SPACE
Large wood beams and tall ceilings greet you as you enter the living room space, fitted with a cozy corduroy beige sectional sofa and two pink, plush chairs. Watch your favorite movie on the 55 inch TV (also has DVD player) or enjoy the classic record player (with an assortment of records) with bluetooth connection to enjoy your favorite tunes!

KITCHEN/DINING
The modern kitchen with granite countertops is fitted with all the basic culinary needs you'd require if you want to cook for the group. Large island has 6 barstools and the dining room has a large table with 8 chairs (total of 14 seating).

PATIO/BACKYARD
Want to take your iced tea and enjoy the outside space? The covered patio has seating for 8 and overlooks the canal lake water views! Twinkle lights down the back stairs light your way to the firepit with 4 chairs surrounding it. There's also a self-closing gate at the end of the stairs where the waters edge it.

*NOTE: 6 doors down there are additional community boat slips that are first come first serve. There is also a boat ramp you can use with boat trailer parking next to the ramp.

GAMEROOM
The garage has been converted into an epic gameroom with ping-pong table, shuffleboard, and arcade game system! Or enjoy the leather sofa and swivel chairs (2) to watch your favorite game on the big screen TV (55 inch). Entire garage has AC system to keep it comfortable in those hot summer months.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Let the kids get their energy out at the kids playground or play a friendly game of half-court basketball at the basketball court next to the playground. There is also a community pool down the street across from the kids playground available to swim in or lounge, a short 3 minute walk.

This is the ULTIMATE retreat or family vacation house!

*Please note, there are no parties allowed and limited street parking so carpooling is recommended. 2 parking spots are available in the driveway and more parking is available in the common parking areas next to the pool and park which is 6 doors down.
