I started investing in
Ohio real estate approximately 20 years ago. I've bought and sold many places, but I never found such a beautiful location in Ohio as this property. The idyllic feel and cozy nature of the home and location is truly special. We hope you decide to visit to get the experience we are trying to convey to you through this message.

Why they chose this property

The view from the house is magnificent. The home is truly unique. It was cut into the hillside and sits on rock. You can see for many miles. You can watch the ships floating down the Ohio River from the wrap around deck. The hot tub we just recently installed has an amazing view while inside the tub.

What makes this property unique

The home was built by 2 Italian brothers. One was an engineer and the other was an architect. They moved back to Italy and we were fortunate enough to buy the property. The land sits in between several large tracts of land and offers a great feeling of being free of human interaction.
