It’s a very well maintained cabin, with a beautiful modern-rustic interior. The hot tub was well situated and easy to use. Being way out on a rarely-used road, the seclusion felt just right, with plenty of forest around. Another cabin was barely in sight but this was one of the quietest places we’ve stayed. Saw birds galore, and about 20 turkey came through, flushing out some deer. And we experienced the summer solstice at the Serpent Mound about an half hour drive away. Exactly what we were looking for.

We have stayed in two different cabins hosted by Frank. Both were a great experience. The most recent one we stayed in had a hot tub added recently. It was fantastic. Frank provides all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay including an endless supply of firewood. I would highly recommend this cabin.

This was the perfect cabin for our weekend get-a-way! Firewood and charcoal were provided which was fantastic! His and her robes and slides were a super thoughtful touch. Hope to visit again when the trees are full.

Just beautiful!

Our get away visit/stay was just perfect! Super clean cabin the has just what someone needs to get away. Enjoyed the jacuzzi every night The host Frank was perfect in supplying all every one needs and the wine was great too! Will be back next time we visit family !

I am a retired law enforcement officer , And currently work for the US department of energy . It’s been a dream of mine to build a cabin in the woods to relax and get away from time to time . We built this cabin just my older brother and myself with some help from a few family members . We did it all and We take pride in opening our second home to others with top notch building Materials ,and craftsmanship. There was no corners cut into building this place for many families to enjoy no mater the occasion.
