Studio steps to the pool and golf course. It is beautifully decorated, and remodeled 2020. Walk 200 yards to the beach and next to the Wyndham Hotel.
This studio is comfortable for a couple, or a couple with kids. The apartment is in the first floor no stairs. Electric BBQ and induction stove
Palmas Doradas is a beach front complex. The land is about 2,750 acres with 25 neighborhoods, small shops, around 15 restaurants, 2 marinas and a yacht club. Rent a golf cart to move around the resort.

Important: There is only one parking space allowed and no visitors. The apartment and area is for the enjoyment of the renters.
