We have a spacious updated two bedroom , four room nicely updated apartment on the second floor of a private home. We are located within 20 minutes of New York City,/Manhattan along with many entertaining venues in the Metropolitan in the area. We are located in one of the most affluent counties in New Jersey, which is Bergen County in the city of Hackensack, which is the county seat.

Our family is born and raised in Hackensack. Our family has gone through our multicultural school system. Each of us works in our local community.
Because we have an extra spacious apartment, we enjoy having guests come from all over the world rent and stay with us for a very reasonable fee. We can also help with visiting shopping malls and tourist attractions.

What makes this property unique
Our apartment that we offer is our only rental offered on Airbnb and VRBO and that’s what helps us offer the personalized service that we do.
We reside on the first floor of the private home in the quiet residential section of the town of roughly fifty two thousand apartment dwellers and home owners.
We have police, fire and emergency services within minutes of our home as well as the finest schools. Across the street we have a small ball field with a child play park. A short walking distance we have another park with tennis courts, a soccer facility and a walking track for daily access. There are also gym’s (24hr Fitness, Retro Fitness and Planet Fitness to name a few.
Within five minutes there is a large county park with ponds and wildlife as well as a small zoo that assists with rehabilitation of injured wild animals.
Within minutes in any direction, you can visit New YorkCity, New York State, Hackensack Meadowlands and many sporting/tourist venues.
