We love movies, books, art and being outside in our beautiful desert environ. We enjoy our resort community and healing hot springs. This space offers a place to relax, unwind and reflect about the joys of just being present.
Why they chose this property
We live in the neighborhood of single family homes and our neighbors are like family. It is peaceful and the wildlife is a joy to observe. We have birds all year that entertain and charm us. Ravens regularly use the fountain! We love to hike and the hiking is fantastic right out the door with view of the entire Coachella Valley.
What makes this property unique
Our property is an extension of who we are and what we love - books, movies and art. The video library and book collection is extensive and eclectic. We love natural history and have a collection of interesting rocks, creatures and artifacts. The property is ready for those who love the same and has lots of places to relax with a book and take in the native flora and fauna.
