Great place and great hosts! We loved the heated pool (extra , but reasonable) and spa, open layout, and casita! Mary was a wonderful host, very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed.

Palm Springs Weekend

The house was lovely! The large common spaces (especially that amazing couch) was perfect for our large group. Bedrooms were a bit small but as advertised. Loved the outdoor space, wish we had more time to enjoy it. Hosts were friendly and responsive (emailing is faster than calling BTW)

Spacious Home

This property was great for my family vacation. With 7 adults and 2 kids, we were looking for plenty of space to spread out both indoor and outdoor. We loved the open floor plan and huge couch and all the outdoor seating! The pool and hot tub were great and my nephews loved the waterfall feature!

Very nice rental unit with tons of space for a bigger group!

The house was clean and instructions for check in/out were very clear. I even had some questions about the home that I texted our ‘host’ about during our stay and they were very prompt with their responses. I would definitely recommend this property.

Spring Retreat

This was a great property. Very clean and good size. Had everything we needed for our weekend. Getting into the the property was a little difficult. The code and lock did not work and we had to call both times we entered the first day but management was quick to get it taken care of. We would return again.

Great house

Had issues with getting in as gate code not working and pool heater not working but other than that house is great. Our favorite part was the huge couch that me and my 5 other friends could hang out. House was well equipped for cooking and BBQ worked very well. Hot tub worked good. Managers of property communicated well.

Terrible

Our experience in Palm Springs at the Evolve listing was so terrible that we only stayed a couple of hours and left. The house was falsely advertised and the pictures must have been very old because it definitely was not what we found. Blinds were broken, the air conditioner didn't work properly and it was 110 outside, the outdoor area was unusable, furniture was dirty and patio was filthy. It was so terrible that we stayed two hours and left. My daughter was able to find another airB&B that was absolutely beautiful and just perfect. That means we paid full price for a house we stayed in two hours and full price for the new place. We tried working with your company and then with the homeowners but so far we have had no luck getting even half of our deposit back. I will give it another day and then I will write a review on Yelp and warn others about this place and your site. The reviews on this place must have been written by families and friends because it definitely did not deserve even one good review. I have sent you pictures to confirm what we found when we arrived.

Palm Springs Birthday Weekend

The house was nice but the gate keypad would not work so we had to contact the guest contact to get in. The fire pit also did not work because it was out of propane. We never got to use it. We were not told the pool would be cleaned on Friday and had to stay out of pool for over an hour. In spite of these issues we did have a really nice stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Amazing Property

This property was exceptional. We were in town for my mom’s bday. My siblings and I decided to take mom on a little getaway. There were a total of seven adults and 2 teens and one 8 year old. The house has super spacious on the inside. The house was extremely clean and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils. We felt right at home. Everything was organized. There were a few little things that weren’t working but it was super minimal it did not affect our experience in anyway. One night we decided to make dinner and noticed the blender did not work. Other than that the property had everything we needed/wanted. The back yard was equipped with a nice grill, patio furniture and the pool was on point! The entrance to the property can be very tight. The gate only opens up enough to where you have to be very careful as you enter/exit the property. The property managers were easy to contact and super friendly. The house is only about a 8-10 minute drive to downtown. It’s super close, which was nice. Our family enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely book this again in the future.
