This was our first VRBO experience and it scored 100 % . Angelica and her house were excellent. We were as comfortable as staying in our own home! The property is super clean and very well equipped. A quiet and comfortable retreat in a most beautiful and inviting part of California.Angelica is very professional and is a great communicator. We highly recommend
This was a wonderful place! Sooo close to hiking in many redwoods. Very user friendly kitchen. Well stocked! The house was very comfortable and backyard lovely. We would love to come back!
Wonderful family friendly property! House is even equipped with a booster seat, a pack n play, kids eating things, and arts/crafts/games. It has a lovely fully fenced in back yard with yard games, and the location is wonderful. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful redwood views from the yard. Host was responsive to messages when questions came up around check-in.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, and just a few blocks from the trails and playground at Redwood Park, this home was perfect for our family. The house is comfortable and well-appointed, with a great kitchen and beautiful backyard.
The house was perfect for us as a home base for hikes in the Redwoods - very clean and nicely furnished with good towels. The beds were comfortable and we loved reading and watching TV on the comfy sectional with the warmth of the gas fireplace. Quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. The host was very responsive.
Couldn’t have been a more perfect location! Close to town and close to campus. A ver comfortable living space to watch football and cook dinners. Master bed was wonderful! Slept like a baby. Overall a great space and bummed that it is already rented for CPH graduation weekend 2026!
This property is like you have a friend who has a house in a beautiful area you want to visit, but when you ask if you can stay with them, they say sure, but we won't be home while you're there. What I mean is, it is so well stocked, it is like a family home. It was lovely and immaculate. We stayed for six days, using the house as home base to explore the redwoods and surrounding communities. Arcata itself is adorable, with a wonderful Saturday morning farmers' market, friendly people, and great restaurants and bars. In addition to the state and national parks, Arcata has its own redwood forest minutes from Angelica's house with great trails of its own. We will definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.
