This is a perfect spot for people who want to be in the mountains but close to the city where its just a short drive. We enjoyed walking by the Provo River every day and the location is fantastic. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. We had the best time.

This is my new favorite VRBO. The location in Vivian park is perfect! Close to nature but only 15 min from Provo. Everything you could want is there at the cabin. The sound of the stream that runs behind the cabin is so relaxing!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It is very comfortable and cozy, tucked into the trees, with the sound of rushing water. It is well stocked, and the kids enjoyed the thoughtful and fun children games and activities. Feels a bit like staying in a tree house. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we would love to return.

Here's a polished review you could post: We had an excellent two-night stay in Vivian Park. The cabin was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was peaceful, with beautiful mountain scenery and easy access to hiking, fishing, and everything the area has to offer. It was the perfect escape from the summer heat.The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire process simple from booking through checkout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable place to unwind in the Provo Canyon/Vivian Park area.

Such a beautiful property next to the Provo river. The cabin was cozy, nicely decorated and updated. The beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This cabin in Vivian Park is perfection. So clean and tidy and was stocked with everything you’d need. Surrounded by trees and the sound of the creek in the back yard made for a perfectly peaceful weekend. Provo river trail was just a short walk away and downtown Provo is just a 15 minute drive. Perfect location will definitely stay again.

The cabin was great except that it does not have air conditioning. Having air conditioning was a must for my family and at the time we booked this cabin it was titled “2 bedroom cabin in delightful Provo cabin with cool AC breeze” and air conditioning was listed in the amenities on VRBO. However, when I had trouble figuring out how to turn on the air conditioning I messaged the owner and they said that the cabin does not have air conditioning and they were sorry for the misunderstanding. I see that they have since changed the name of the cabin on VRBO so that it does not mention air conditioning and they removed air conditioning from the list of amenities, but at the time of writing this review the description on VRBO still says that the cabin has air conditioning. If having air conditioning is important to you, please at least double check with the owner before booking this cabin.
