Super great stay. Great location. Can go to town and float back to Condo or just put in the water at the condo, take a 30 to 40 minute float and then walk about five minutes back and do it all over again.The one thing I would say is that this condo complex is a little older and this particular unit had Carpet which I do dislike. I would prefer all hard flooring since we come in with wet feet, etc.

River trip condo on Comal

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was at a great location rental was clean. There were some things that could’ve been cleaned up better baseboards and wall, paneling, windowsills, living room, couches are pretty outdated, but was not a manageable carpet carpet could use and updo, but it was not bad. Either overall was clean and tidy.

Check in was really easy. They let me check in early so we could use the tubes provided. Perfect location for schliterbahn and floating!

Great location

Perfect location for a river float and walk into town. The property was clean and check in was accurate and fast. We were able to enter the unit early. The listing did say it has WiFi but the check in instructions said WiFi was not offered in the unit. Overall great stay and would stay again!

Nice 2 bedroom on the river

Location is good, the headboard only leans against the wall in the main bedroom and the mattress could use replacing. The bathroom sink isn’t attached to the wall and the fan needs repaired. Overall still a good place to stay, just needs some maintenance.

Birthday getaway

Plenty of room for us 3 and location works great for the amount of time we like to spend on the river. Its a nice hour and a half float and then when you exit its a short walk back to the property. Perfect for us!

Unit 211 - Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was nice and clean and accommodated all 6 of us. However there were parties both Friday and Saturday night until 3 and 4 AM which kept us from sleeping. Security was on us about being loud at 10:30 pm saturday, playing cards in the unit. Security has limited authority and that is a problem.

Girls Trip 2024

Reviewer Comments: The stay offered plenty of room, however bedroom two had a strong smell of mildew, and the bathroom pocket door was difficult to get in and out of. Bedroom one had a squeaky bed with every toss, turn, movement so we didn't get the best sleep. The kitchen offered great convenience's and having tubes readily available was great. If they could be checked before each stay as one was not usable and another was pretty close to the same due to not enough air,

And there could easily fit a king size in the master. Being so close to the river and Schlitterbahn was a plus. Parking can be tough. Some spots in the covered area are nearly impossible to get into and there are limited first come spots in the open area. Music and partying can vet loud, as expected, but everyone seems to get nice and quiet at night. We stayed Tuesday - Sunday for my sons 14th birthday and we will be back!

Comal River Float

Wasn't our cup of tea. I little more partying than I would have liked. They had a few fights, not an issue of the owners just the crowd. I thnk that is just the river crowd on the weekends. Had struggles all weekend witht the TV working. There is no WIFI. The rugs and carpert in the unit are old and felt dirty. Other than that it was great.

Thank you for your honest review! The Comal can get a little rowdy on weekends. This specific unit doesn't offer TV or Wi-Fi and is listed as such.
