We had a pleasant enough stay at this rental. Check-in process went quick and smoothly. The unit could definitely use an update (paint/decor/furniture). A bit more attention to cleanliness is needed, especially in the bathrooms.

Hi there, Thank you for choosing Carousel 904 and for sharing your thoughts. We're so glad check-in was quick and easy, and that you enjoyed your stay with us. We take cleanliness seriously, and your comments about the bathrooms have been shared with our housekeeping team so they receive extra attention before every arrival. As for paint, decor and furnishings, we plan a full refresh of the unit each year once the summer season wraps up. Anything urgent is always handled right away, but we save larger projects for the off-season so our guests can enjoy their vacations without noise or disruption. Your suggestions are already on our list for this year's refresh, and we look forward to returning guests seeing the improvements. We'd love to welcome you back to Ocean City! Warm regards, SR Property Management

Place was good location. Just a little stressful leave as there only one elevator goes up and down since the management won’t fix it until they want to we where told. Otherwise nice place stay.

Hi there, Thank you for staying at Carousel 904 and for the kind words about the location. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We're sorry the elevator situation made checkout more stressful than it should have been. The elevators are owned and maintained by the Carousel building, not by individual unit owners, so repair timing is outside our direct control. We have shared your feedback with building management and will continue to advocate for timely repairs. We understand how much smooth arrivals and departures matter, especially with luggage and beach gear in tow. We hope to welcome you back to Ocean City soon! Warm regards, SR Property Management

Our family had a nice stay at Caeousel. My kids enjoyed the ice rink, beach, and pools. Having a grocery store across the street was very convenient. The condo we stayed in worked out well for us. The beach view was a great way to wake up!

The property was clean and the owners quickly responded when any issues came up. There were not many cooking pans/pots or utensils/silverware for eating in. We were 1 of 2 condos in the group and luckily the other condo had more kitchen supplies and did the cooking. Great view from both balconies.

The view was great, condo clean, resort amenities wonderful when weather is not sunny or hot. Indoor swimming pool and ice skating rink, snack bar with ice cream and morning coffee provides alternatives. Would surely book here again!

Overall, the property had much to enjoy for my kids & I for our spring break trip. The room keys were not reliable even despite getting new keys from security.

Hi Ashley, Thank you for your review—we’re really glad to hear you and your kids enjoyed your spring break stay and found the property to be a great value. I’m sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the room keys. The key cards are issued and managed by building security at the Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums. These cards can lose their programming if kept in close contact with mobile phones, credit cards, or other electronic devices, which may have contributed to the issue you encountered. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and working with security during your stay. We will also share your feedback with building management to help improve the experience. Thank you again for staying with us—we hope to welcome you back in the future.

This location was absolutely perfect 🤩. The views were amazing! The comfort of the beds and lounge space refreshing. The host was available if we needed them but I didn’t because everything was provided before hand and the place was just as the amenities stated.
